Personality: Arceus is actually somewhat reserved. He prefers being alone or in the company of Giardino to being in a big crowd. He is polite, seemingly old fashioned.
History: As the creator of all matter, Arceus decided that the Pokemon planet had problems that he could not solve, and fled beyond its reach for many years. It was said that when Arceus returned, there would be more destruction. Arcues, not knowing of this prophecy, returned to the planet, unwittingly starting the war that ultimately destroyed it. As he learned of the prophecy he had set in motion, he vowed to help the Pokemon, who still worshipped him, rise again.
